DYNACOM RECENTLY SIGNED A NEW AGREEMENT WITH DAI
Laval, Quebec - May 3, 2010 – Dynacom recently signed a new agreement with DAI, a company specializing in International Development. This agreement covers DAI’s support needs for the customized solution developed for them in 2008-2009. This solution allows them to manage all local project development, using Dynacom’s SQL Edition. As a result of the complexity of this application developed for DAI, this support includes hours dedicated for the development of new applications, as well as funds allowances for travels to their offices in Bethesda, Maryland or for any project that may take place somewhere in the world (i.e. Afghanistan, Jordan, etc.).
This agreement confirms Dynacom’s competency in terms of custom development, thanks to its development platform called “Synergy”. Dynacom has invested heavily in the last few years in a technology allowing it to fine tune the base product in order to answer 100% of the customers’ needs. Following this first success achieved, in partnership with DAI, another major project is currently under way: The possibility of synchronizing multiple databases. Indeed, it will now be possible to manage multiple sites and to share the same data throughout multiple transactions. This new function will create global snapshots of all DAI projects. However, for another customer this could mean better management of the sales force on the road or better sales control throughout a retail chain.
This agreement with DAI is renewable every year and represents one of our best success stories in terms of personalization and integration of a business process throughout a single product.
